A great home addition for people who like to have company over is a bar area. Another addition to this bar scene inside your home is the Karaoke room. By installing surround sound speakers into your ceiling and have a wall mounted TV you can easily make your bar place full on karaoke bar with a microphone. There are many youtube channels which specialize in karaoke, so just about any new and popular song that you want to sing is just a youtube search away. You can complete this setup by having a portable computer connected to your tv and use it with a wireless mouse and keyboard. This will be a blast for everyone and your home will soon become the party or the after party of any weekend night. I learned this while hanging out on the austin karaoke scene where I used to go to bars to sing, but then decided to make my own right in my house for fun.
It may sound like a lot to set up but it’s easy and is loads of fun and worth every bit of effort.
