GUARANTEE: All snakes will be honestly represented, outwardly healthy and voluntarily feeding, unless otherwise agreed upon. We will guarantee shipment if it is signed for on the first attempt on the expected day of delivery. If there's a problem with a shipment, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the snake. Contact us, not the delivery company, immediately so we may personally address the issue. We offer an unconditional 7 day guarantee on all purchases. If we do not hear from you in 7 days, we will assume you are happy with your animals. Should a problem/concern arise at any point before or after the 7 day period, email or call us and we will make every attempt to help you out. We are always here for consultation before, during and after a purchase.
SHIPPING: All orders are shipped via Fed Ex next day air service to your home or work. Heat packs and cold packs will be used, when needed, at no extra charge. The buyer will be notified, in advance, on the date of delivery and the tracking numbers will be provided as well. Please note that shipments are sent on either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, unless otherwise agreed upon. We will only ship when the weather is between 40 and 85 degrees.

PAYMENT: Acceptable payment methods are Paypal, credit cards via Paypal (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), money orders and personal checks (subject to clearance prior to shipping). You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card and there are no fees for you as the buyer.
CAPTIVE CARE: All newly acquired snakes are quarantined for a minimum 6 months. This policy is to help prevent potential health problems from being passed on into our collection. We take pride in the maintenance of our collection and take extraordinary steps that helps ensure cleanliness and healthiness are a top priority. Some of the steps we take are housing all snakes individually (adults and babies), freezing the substrate that we use and feeding the collection lab raised mice, which are disease / pathogen free. All snakes and morphs in our collection are pure strains. We do not hybridize, even for fun. Our goal is to provide the highest quality Thamnophis through selective captive breeding and creating new morphs.
